Key result areas (KRA)
- Define creative vision, tone, and story structure for commercial and branded content.
- Direct animatics, style frames, and final motion across VFX and animation pipelines.
- Present concepts to clients and translate feedback into actionable creative direction.
- Partner with production, CG, and compositing leads to protect quality and schedule.
What we look for
- 7+ years in direction, motion design, or integrated creative leadership.
- Strong reel spanning luxury, entertainment, or gaming campaigns.
- Comfort briefing cross-disciplinary teams across VFX, animation, and engineering.
