Key result areas (KRA)
- Develop treatment-level creative for pitches and awarded campaigns.
- Lead on-set and post supervision for VFX-heavy productions.
- Manage client relationships through production milestones.
- Ensure final delivery meets technical and creative approval standards.
What we look for
- Award-level or comparable reel in luxury, automotive, or entertainment.
- Experience supervising VFX-heavy shoots and post schedules.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
